Below is a summary of the results that INTEGRIS has seen since partnering with UCP Merchant Medicine to create a Modern Urgent Care network.*

## How INTEGRIS Health Built a Modern Urgent Care Network

In 2022, INTEGRIS Health operated three urgent care clinics in the Oklahoma City metro. Today its AllSet Urgent Care network has 18 sites and the largest urgent care footprint in the market. Its Net Promoter Score is 96. Average door-to-door time is 29 minutes. More than 83% of the metro population lives within a 15-minute drive of an AllSet location.

The first 16 of those sites, 13 de novo launches and 3 conversions of the original clinics, opened during a 20-month engagement with [UCP Merchant Medicine](https://www.ucpmm.com/) beginning in 2023. INTEGRIS converted the next two on its own, using the systems and modalities developed during the UCPMM engagement, including the shift to using Intellivisit for every patient encounter. The Modern Urgent Care model that they developed has now laid the foundation for decades of success and continued growth in the Oklahoma City market.

## Where AllSet Started

The locations of the original three clinics were all considered good locations. The existing operating model, however, was not working. Patient experience, financial performance, and payer contracting were all lacking. Two of the three original clinics sat directly across the street from a competitor that had been building in the market for years and they were beating INTEGRIS's urgent cares on patient experience.

To combat this challenge, INTEGRIS leadership knew they had to make a significant change. Starting with their CEO, Tim Pehrson, INTEGRIS made improving their urgent care model a system priority and treated it as core to INTEGRIS’s future. Tim championed the vision, and Chief Transformation Officer Brian Jones drove the redesign alongside the UCPMM team. Despite a difficult staffing and economic environment the strong leadership and vision from the top down made the transformation possible.

## Strategy: Designing for the Whole Market

Step one of the partnership with UCPMM was to design a footprint with access as the focus, prioritizing adequate coverage across the market. The team divided the Oklahoma City market into submarkets based on drive time and population similarity, then identified roughly 20 locations that together would cover it. In two weeks, they surveyed about 600 commercial properties and scored each one on traffic, payer mix, and population density. With that shortlist in hand, INTEGRIS could pursue leases and LOIs for several sites at once. No stone was left unturned.

While this work was beginning, the operating model was rebuilt in parallel: technology, workflow, clinical protocols, financials, and patient experience. That work produced close to 1,500 pages of documentation, covering the design blueprint, training and education, and policies and procedures. Every site would run the same way from its first day.

## Execution: 16 Sites in 20 Months

UCPMM embedded with the INTEGRIS team to hire and train staff, deploy their clinical AI platform Intellivisit, and sequence the openings. Thirteen de novo sites opened first. The three legacy clinics converted next.

The results from the converted sites alone shine a clear light on what the operating model is capable of producing. At the beginning of the conversions the buildings had not been remodeled and the patient population was the same. Nevertheless, on day one under the new operating model, door-to-door time at those sites dropped from 61 minutes to 30, a 51% decrease. NPS in the same three sites rose from 69 to 96. Facility upgrades came months later. Simply fixing the operating model was transformative, but the upgrades served to further improve the patient experience.

By comparison, the competing joint venture that was operating in the same market, built 12 sites over seven years, about 1.7 per year. AllSet reached 18 in three years, roughly six per year – 3.5x the pace of the incumbent.

## The Operating System Behind the Numbers

Six connected systems make up the AllSet [operating system](https://www.ucpmm.com/operating-system) and run at every site:

1. [Intellivisit AI](https://www.ucpmm.com/intellivisit-ai?hsLang=en) for clinical decision support and documentation
2. Shared education platform
3. Standardized staffing models
4. Real-time reports and dashboards
5. Active leadership oversight
6. Referral capture back into INTEGRIS

Intellivisit is the system the care team uses on every visit, every day. The visit is designed for 30 minutes and currently runs at 29. Patients can reserve a spot online or walk in. A clinical concierge handles registration, and the need for a front desk has been completely eliminated. Intellivisit's AI interview collects history and symptoms before rooming, so the chart is ready and standing orders approved by medical leadership can begin before the provider walks in. Labs and X-ray run at the same time. In 88% of visits, the provider enters the exam room once. Specialist referrals are booked before the patient leaves.

The effects reach across the clinic:

- Provider documentation averages about one minute per visit, and every note flows directly into Epic.
- SOP adherence is 88%, supported by Intellivisit at the point of care.
- Staffing runs at one clinical concierge per 20 daily visits and one clinician per 50 patients per day.
- Expense per visit is 9.4% lower than under legacy operations.

Intellivisit also gives leadership a single view of clinical, financial, and operational performance across all 18 sites, benchmarked site against site. That daily visibility is why the results kept improving after launch. Trailing 12-month door-to-door time is now 29 minutes, 52% shorter than where AllSet began, and the fastest site averages 23. [The Journal Record](https://journalrecord.com/2026/06/01/oklahoma-urgent-care-ai-intellivisit-wait-times/) recently reported on how the workflow runs inside an AllSet clinic.

## What Patients and the Health System Get

AllSet holds a 4.77-star Google rating across more than 4,660 reviews, and all 18 sites are rated 4.0 or higher. That puts AllSet ahead of the competing joint venture at 4.41 stars and above the 4.61 benchmark across UCPMM's client sites. From May through July 2026, reviews averaged 4.9 stars and about 98% were positive. The words patients use most are great, quick, friendly, kind, and professional. Northwest Edmond, in one of the most demanding suburban markets in Oklahoma, has a 5.0 rating across 506 reviews at the time of this writing.

The downstream impact to INTEGRIS is enormous. AllSet brings in about 1,000 new patients to INTEGRIS each month, making it the largest new-patient acquisition channel in the system, with a median patient age of 34. Referral capture went from about 15% under the old phone-callback process to 90% with in-clinic booking, producing six times the captured referral revenue.

## What Comes Next

INTEGRIS is committed to continuous improvement and optimization of their AllSet Urgent Care network - and leverages the daily analytics from Intellivisit to drive improvements. There are also some opportunities to expand into rural markets or potentially another site or two in OKC. More excitingly is the prospect that INTEGRIS is bringing the same systems and AI capabilities to other departments and service lines throughout their health system.

INTEGRIS Health's CEO Tim Pehrson described the result this way:

> "In just 20 months, we grew from 3 average urgent care centers to 16 world-class INTEGRIS Health AllSet urgent care locations, now within a 15-minute drive for over 83% of the Oklahoma City CBSA population. We cut average door-to-door times from 61 minutes to 30 and increased Net Promoter Score, consistently performing in the top decile nationally. As a patient, I've experienced how different and remarkable this model of care truly is, and I am delighted we are offering it to our community. UCP Merchant Medicine has been an amazing partner that enabled INTEGRIS Health to rapidly bring this innovative urgent care model to our market."
